What Realtor tells you NOT to sell your place!!!??  We consulted with Reinae because we were thinking of selling our West Campus condo.  She showed us the bright future of the area, and of Austin in general, and instead of selling, we decided to invest in an additional property.  She worked hard for over a year to match us to the right house (while prices managed to skyrocket!), and in the end, she totally delivered.   We just closed on a lovely 3/2 up in Anderson Mills area on a large lot.  Anyone up for renting a totally tricked out house? :-)
